Default Mag Black 370z from a PPW 350z show car

Whats up everyone! Was having some issues with a bad crank pulley and lack of warranty so I decided to spend a few bucks more a month and get the new 370z with Sport.

What a car. I have over 1500 posts on my350z and put about $12k into my 350 and this car is better in every way. Handling and speed. Mine was an 2003 with the VQDE that dyno'd after bolt ons at 262whp and the 370 blows it away stock.

Im trying to keep it stock for awhile... Its black so I was thinking of painting the rims black and painting the BBK with the Sport yellow.

Heres a pic of my ex: hehe

Thanks Zeebra - I'm currently deciding whether I should stay 350Z or go 370Z and your op helps a lot.

Any chance of a more detailed comparison?

Hey chubbs!

Well the main reason I got rid of the 350 was I had an aluminum crank pulley wobble almost off the crank.. and 2x after putting a stock pulley back on it, it came loose. Scary stuff indeed. So I no longer could enjoy it without stressing "oh sh!t my pulley just flew through my Seibon hood" hehe

Interior: Super spacious comapred to the 350. And a glove box!! Which is nice that you can lock it but it doesnt even fit the owners manual. Stock seats on the 370 are weak.. I slide around like crazy and I have the cloth ones.. Im sure the leather are just as bad.
One of my first mods will be some reclinable Brides for sure.

Exterior: Im in Orlando, FL and nobody has one so it turns heads wherever I go to where people dont even know what it is yet. I love the lines, headlights, tails are super bright LED's too.

Engine: I dyno'd 262whp with plenum spacer, test pipes, y pipe, cat back, intake, adv timing 2 degrees with Consult and pulleys... So figure at least 2500 spent and this car blows mine away in every gear and for me a blessing is its quiet!! hehe Next thing you know your at 100mph at partial throttle in 5th and its pulling.. Nevermind getting 37whp with HFC and Stillen exhaust you know. Another 15whp with intake.. Thats an easy 12 second all motor car!!

So for me its a plus in every category + Warranty! Its def not cheap and if I could I think I wouldve waited a year to get one with like 5,000 miles on it but I didnt want to stress anymore about my pulley.

Next month Ill be autocrossing it so I will get some videos of that and let you know how real driving experience is. I kinda rambled a lil but hope that helps.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post, Zeebra - I've whined so much about not having a glove box, but I'm not sure the 370 one will be a deal-maker!!!

Otherwise, the rest of it (apart from the money) sounds good

Thanks again.
