Concerned new owner

Are the tops vinyl or fabric, this will determine the product i get. I've read other threads and can't seem to agree on either one. Please Help!

I'm pretty sure it's fabric, so you want to use the fabric guard.
(protectant if it was vinyl)

Are the seams glued and stitched or only stitched?
