That's not the front spoiler, dude. Here's two pics of my car. Compare. The front spoiler installs in front of the little lip you see in AK's pic. Note also that there are two separate pieces that go in front of the wheels. (There are 3 pieces total.) I think the prep guys were too busy defacing his car with their gaudy dealer stickers to do their real jobs and install all the pieces they were supposed to.

Here's an even clearer shot of the front spoiler pieces.

Actually, looking at this shot, I'm pretty sure they did! You did get the sport pkg, right? You have the wheels and the big brakes, so I'm thinking yes on the sport pkg. This shot from the dealership clearly shows that there's no front spoiler on your car.

Hi Semtex, the front spoiler is in the trunk. They weren't sure if wanted it installed. I am not 100% sure if I want to install it or no since roads are pretty bad here. But you're correct. No front spoiler at the moment.

I have to back my car into the driveway and garage otherwise it hits every time when I go over the curb leaving.

Did you do much driving today?

I was not going to say anything since it's so depressing but now that you've asked, I'll tell you. My Z is currently stuck in snow in front of a building. I spun out twice in snow and after the 2nd time I decided NOT to drive it anymore. I tried to park it next to a sidewalk but the snow was so thick, it's STUCK now in a NO parking Zone . I am very angry at the moment. /vent

Its not a home?

par4bmw 03-01-2009 09:11 PM

No way, that sucks. It has to be killing you not to have her home. Wish you luck in retrieving her shortly.

I had to go somewhere. I thought I should be okay since it was a very short trip. Once on the road, I couldn't turn back home. Everything was so slippery. :(

semtex 03-01-2009 09:13 PM

Ouch, that sucks man. And I think the weather's supposed to get even worse tomorrow for you guys. We got dumped on with snow today in Atlanta (1st time all year), and I believe the storm system is headed your way.
