New 370Z Owner - What are these parts?

I just recently purchased a 370Z and I found these parts in the trunk when I got home from the dealership. Anyone have any idea what they are for?

First two are the same, they go in front of your tires as what I forgot (I think mud/debris type of thing).
The second is your front plate mount.

Horrible picture, but the item on the right (in front of the wheel) is the two rubber pieces.

Welcome and congrats on your new car. That is a front license bracket and two air deflectors for the underside, just in front of each wheel well. Do you have a sport model?

The owners manual will tell you how and where to install them if you wish (and that they need to be taken off before being towed).

Thanks for all the help. I live in Florida where you are not required to have a front tag so I don't think I'm going to install the license plate holder.
