OF COURSE THE Z!!
![]() So after having my Z for a little less than a week now I finally realized I made the best decsion!! ![]() Before buying my Z I was also thinking of the Camaro, and Inifniti G37 coupe, however, the Camaros interior was a turn off for me, and the G seemed like a more luxurious version of the Z, but was lacking the extra lil sumthin the Z had ![]() even though there was lil hesitation before now I have no regrets whatsoever about getting my Z and im loving everything about it!!! ![]() anyone feel the same way? and if so any cars you were comparing or thinking of getting when purchasing your Z? |

Nice choice!!
I test drove the camaro, evo, sti, g37, genesis coupe (bc the saleman told me i couldnt afford the z ) some pickups, wrangler. The Z just had something to it. it was small, light, had a lot going on on the inside. just the right type of car for me!

Congrats!! For me it was between the Z, sti wagon, and g37. I was very close to getting the sti since it was more practical and I have to deal with New England winters. However, I couldn't stop thinking about how I felt the first time I saw a 370z. My heart still skips a beat every time I see my car.. it's amazing.
Besides.. being 22 years old is the best time to be impractical isn't it? |

Congrats! For me it was thinking about the M3, and CTS-V. M3 has way too many glitches and problems associated with it, and the CTS-V isn't enough of a sports car although it is a real beast. Also, if I went with the M3 or CTS-V, I would have had to get them slightly used. Instead, I placed a full custom order for a brand new Z (fully loaded).

Huh?? You must be talking about an 03-04 E46 SMG M3 and the first gen CTS-V.. E90/92/93 DCT/6MT M3's are solid... The CTS-V Sedan/Coupe/Wagon are on a completely different level, 556hp stock, it's closest competitors are ///M, AMG, RS - All monsters! saying the new CTS-V isnt enough of a sports car is hilarious!! OP, Great choice from the options you had! I just purchased my Z as well and cant get enough of the Synchro-Rev!!

Oh and as far as the M3 goes, I have a friend that had a 2010.....he had so many computer clitches that he spent more time waiting in the shop for his car than driving it! And check out the forums/reviews......lots of problems, and high maintenance costs. I'm not saying its not beautiful car, but I speak the truth.......not the car for me.

BUT, its a sports car for the family man or woman. Not everyone can make the tradeoff for a 2 seater when they have family in mind. So the cts-v is the family mans sport car which is more practical for people who are trying to raise a family as well enjoy a sporty feel.
