We are going to Raymond James Stadium today when I get off work to demo the new Xbox. Got the DVR set up so we can watch the opener on Monday night after work. Cant wait!

First episode of season last night was a bit slow......Karl is really growing up, literally. No more hat either. Andrea was kind of hot....too bad they killed her off last season.

I guess it was just a set-up episode. hopefully next week will be action packed.

Well Carl's friend turned into a walker without being bitten or scratched, it seems. So I'm guessing next episode he will munch on a few people in the cell block.

That's what the preview of next week seems to suggest.

My guess, farming/raising animals on land that has had countless walkers killed and bleeding all over it will probably have reproductions. That pig probably didn't die of natural causes.

I thought it was something as mundane as a food-borne disease for the nerd and pig, which would be a major concern in that scenario. Maybe the walker died from the same. It's just an easy way to get walkers back into the prison.

I thought when they were at the CDC on that one season ender, the guy said 'we all have it' ? Don't they turn when they die, regardless of how they died?

Right. So an epidemic of any fatal disease would lead to a bunch of new walkers in the prison.

I thought it has something to do with the water at first but then realized that both the pig and the bore were sick. Remember the on that the creeper was trying to take back to her zombie husband.

Yes, they are all infected. Now we all know that you don't have to be bitten or scratched to get turned......ala, what made people turn in the first place? I'm guessing that some people were immune at first.....they did not turn....but now it seems the "thing" has mutated and those people can also now turn without being bitten or scratched. Seeing the boar and the pig both die was telling. I thought animals were immune. So there is lots of things they can open up in the story lines that I would like to see. I would love to see a movie or show before the plague hit....and see it unfolded from the start. They seem to ,mention that in a span of 4 to 5 days it was over,,,,,people turned into walkers and the government failed and society fell apart.

They most likely still are. There's quite a few diseases that can jump from pigs to humans. Disease would be a worst case scenario in a situation where there's really no medical care and the dead come back to life. It's also a great way to get rid of a lot of the extraneous characters that came over from Woodbury.

I wonder how this is going to play out. As long as Daryl is kicking zombie *** I'm cool with it! LOL
