-Great condition kept in a otterbox the entire time i owned it and had a screen protector on the front and back, It looks entirely brand new.

The 4s are the Siri enabled model which is your personal assistant, allow it to schedule your appointments, remind you to make diinner or even send a text.

It was extremely hard to take good photos of the phone itself due to that black color, it would either reflect the flash or mirror the source of light in my room,

maybe i'm missing it, but it might help if you mention which service this can be used on. I'm going to assume ATT or TMobile since u wrote it can do HSUPA

If you can't sell it here, consider selling it on Gazelle. You won't get $299 there but you can probably get $199 without a problem.
