Help finding great places to eat in downtown.
 

Been here often and mostly for business. Now it's for fun I need help from you finding a great place to eat here in Chicago. Want to impress the wife and my 12 yr old girl for dinner. Any ideas! I'm here on Columbus and Lake so it's close to a lot of places. I know Yelp but need to hear from you guys from Chicago.

Went to Joe's with my wife and daughter. Scored points on both. Ordered their ribeye, daughter got the skirt steak, wife had the dover sole and their crab. Awesome suggestion. Bottle of wine and a shirley temple. It was a win. Very pricey though.

Also went to Volare last night. Very good Italian dinner. My mom's risotto can beat these guys though, no offense.

Went to Portillo's for the Chicago dogs and Lou Malnatti's for the pizza.

Total caloric intake 1 billion.
