I'm going to leave it for now, and let it settle in. Then I'll go back give everything a final adjustment. That being said, it's so close that I'll probably just leave it until I get the Evo-R rear diffuser because I'm have to add spacers to the hangers to make them fit together anyway.

I was wondering if it's just mine that is like but I guess it's common thing. :iagree: with gene on the washers. With the Evo-R diffuser you will for sure need a few on each side.

How much are you dropped?

happy Saturday you guys!

Here is the address for next weekends Cars & Coffee premeet to SuperCar Saturdays:

Dunkin Donuts
595 N Pinecrest Rd Ste E, Bolingbrook, IL
(this is corner of Pinecrest Rd and E Boughton Road)

We will meet from about 7:30-7:55 and then drive down the street to the Promenade. Please try to make it to the premeet so we can have a awesome 370z section at the main show.

As per usual, many of us are weather dependent. I will keep you guys updated with the forecast.

NFSZ86 04-28-2012 03:00 PM

Hey guys. After a couple of unsuccessful and frustrating attempts to remplace my ECM (high frequency noise issue) at a few dealerships, I took my car to Bll Kay Nissan in Downers Grove (thanks to JB1's advice). The tech recognized the problem immediately and ordered the new part, which is being installed as I'm typing this. These guys are really professional, I even got a free rental so I don't have to wait there. Just a heads up to anyone who's experiencing the same issue.

The Dimer 04-30-2012 11:46 AM

Thanks for the recommendation

Thanks for the tip :tiphat:

What does it sound like if you have this issue?

area3z 04-30-2012 02:34 PM

The best way to describe it: it sounds like a dog whistle. It originated from the glove box area an was there whenever the car was on. The radio would drown it out and most older people can not hear it, but I could and it was annoying. There are many threads on in, Ill link some later when I get a moment.

Weather update for saturday scattered t-storms (30%) but don't worry people this is Chicago so we should be ok.

I am going unless when I wake up on Saturday it is raining or there is a high chance of rain that morning.
