Most people. It's cheaper. It also shouldn't affect your warranty unless your dealer is just a true douche. Adding extra air flow only helps the car out.

At the same time Erk is selling so I would be careful. He hates Z's so he may try to sabotage the exhaust with a banana.

Exhaust should have 0 effect on your warranty.
