You will hear plent trust me. At chicago Cars&Coffee most of us run one of the FI exhausts. From what I know its
Non res +LTH
Non Res
3 18" res
1 12" res + RTP
1 12" res + HFC

and I'm probably missing a few.

 if we all ran the same exhaust it wouldn't be as interesting. I'm interested in hearing yours too. So far in real life I have hear the Stillen and Fast Intentions.

no stock, small independent company, i think it is negotiable a bit but not much.

Edit: just did some research and they offered me their bottom $ on their salary range, i found another listing where they listed the pay they are willing to shell out!

i will work with them, maybe throw in a sign in bonus. I really want to work for this company, they were ranked the #1 company to work for in the US in 2010 or 2008 i cant remember by INC magazine

erkthejerk73 04-17-2012 09:40 AM

taking a pay cut for this comapny should be worth it, i can always go independent after this company b/c by then i will have enough exp!

its really hard to drink tea and type at the same time. What about advancement oppurtunities? If you take a pay cut for say two years and advance quickly will it make up for it in say 7 years?

advancement oppurtunities are there, they are just starting this division of the company so there will be growth. I highly doubt i'd be with the company i am with currently in 1 year from now, but i know another job that would actually give me a huge raise but the company might be a little shady... so im 100% not sure what to do!

sounds to me like you know what your options are. Do what feels right and don't look back
