It was coming down so hard in the lake behind my old place that it looked like someone was dumping gravel into a small puddle. Everyones car was jacked up...Sad part is that I had just washed the car 15 min before that had hit.
That car was nothing but bad luck..

Have to clean the car again........Just did it yesterday.....

DIGItonium 03-02-2012 01:44 PM

I washed the car late last night since I don't have time to wash it today or tomorrow, but I didn't expect rain today! Now the car has tons of water spots and dirt. >.<

Now I gotta make time to get the car cleaned up before leaving to KC tomorrow. My friend, who is supposed to ride with me, has a fever. Hope he gets well enough to go because he lived there for awhile before getting laid off.

Anyhow, I did a test run today, and the boost gauge shows max of 8 PSI. Hopefully I can use a lil bit of time to get accurate target boost before getting the numbers.

Try rain, then snow, then freezing rain. F'ing MO weather. Gotta throw another coat of wax on and detail it...I'm glad I finally got a garage.

what hp u would imagine 8-9psi is netting u?

tower74 03-02-2012 04:27 PM

We shall find out tomorrow:tup:

sboden 03-03-2012 06:39 AM

Mine will be clean (doing it after work before I come) but it will NOT be detailed......Mine is far from a perfect car anyways as the first owner didn't treat it the best.

DIGItonium 03-03-2012 09:19 AM

IM estimating at least 430 whp. What's more amazing is the response now with boost building up sooner. I usually hit 5 psi easily. It only peaks around 6k.

Anyhow. Just got done wiping car down. Heading out before 10.

Thanks for putting this together EDub. A really good turn out and I wish I could have stayed later but family calls.

torque those bolts down bro, also turn that boost up!

JacksonZ33 03-03-2012 08:04 PM

That was pretty awesome I must admit. That's honestly my first time to see dyno runs in person and I more than impressed.

Really only took a couple photos. Mostly videos but they came out pretty good. Only like my second time to ever try the "record" button on that thing. Gotta wait till I unpack computer or go to work Monday to upload.

I really was impressed by Scott's run. Was nice to see a na vq run.

So when's the next event, haha
