Was starting to feel some vibration from the rear/passenger wheel yesterday so I took it into the EP Tires Plus where I bought them (close to work). Turns are there

Was starting to feel some vibration from the rear/passenger wheel yesterday so I took it into the EP Tires Plus where I bought them (close to work). Turns are there are two significant bulges on the inner sidewall. Of course the tire sizes are not easily accessible so they are being shipped in from Chicago and won't make it here until next Monday.
 Anyway, just thought I'd vent a little and see if you guys have had this happen to your tires before?
