We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the first Zdayz Cornhole Tournament! This lawn game is a popular staple of tailgating, cookouts, and general relaxation on a beautiful spring afternoon. Equipped with eight Zdayz-themed cornhole boards, some food, drinks, and good spirits, we promise an enjoyable time to be had by all.

On Friday, May 21st, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the baseball field of Fontana Village (weather permitting), you will be able to kick back with the staff of Injected Performance, enjoy a beverage or few (BYOB - soft drinks will be provided), and unleash your inner competitive spirit. Sign-ups will be available throughout the afternoon for a tournament to determine the Zdayz champions.

The official tournament will begin at 4:00pm and will follow a bracket or round-robin style, depending on turnout. The winning team will be able to take home their choice of board sets, which are hand-crafted and meet all regulation sizing. There is no entry fee for this tournament, and you may have all of the practice you can handle in the afternoon leading up to the tournament. Just bring yourself, a partner, and your best beanbag tossing skills!

Replied :) I have right at a dozen left, and we will probably be bringing most or all of them. If we are blessed with some sunny, dry afternoons, we'll be happy to let people give them a try to see if they can find the right angle they need.

Also, someone remember to tell me to go register. I forgot to do it online. I made all the reservations for lodging months ago and totally forgot lol. I think we should get there before 5pm. If not, I can register on sat.

It better.

Say -- what the hell is for dinner? Do they feed us or do we have to fend for ourselves?

Also, I found a Starbucks about 20 miles away from the resort... :happydance:

zZSportZz 05-18-2010 08:40 PM

I'm bringing a roller cooler :). So we can just keep refilling that.

OK good.

Mike 05-18-2010 09:02 PM

dinner is inccluded friday and saturday. those are the only meals.

we have a large chicken alfredo lunch planned for saturday at our cabin, but we prolly have enough for only 20=25 peeps. the georgia group is much smaller than usual, so anyone who wants to stop by is good with us. I think we are in cabin 921, but it could be 917, and it could be something totallly different. it is next to the only big fire pit.

HKYStormFront 05-18-2010 09:03 PM

^^ i'll take some of that action if that's cool mike, provided i have time lol. i'm gonna be running around like a chicken with my head cut off, camera in hand

normally, they use my prizes as the stuff you buy a set of tickets for and put them in the bucket to win, so yes.

Mike 05-18-2010 09:15 PM

I have to say, the powdercoating on the eibachs isn't the best, but I used them to train my new guy, and you can't see them when installed, and from 10 inches away, they look great. You do have to see the yellow 300ZX brakes though, they came out awesome!!!!!
