Yeah you're right. Unfortunately, I am still living with my family and probably will be my whole life. It's a cultural thing. We've been living in apartments our whole lives and I want to buy a house within a year of beginning my engineering job. Not necessarily a huge house, but something big enough for the family. It would be me paying for most of it, but my parents and sister would help too.

Yeah I've had a couple of Filipino friends back in high school. One big difference for Pakistanis though is the arranged marriage that's coming for me at some point. Another reason why I will need a decent sized house in a couple years. Somewhere in between there I want to get a GT-R :icon17:

I don't think there's an overabundance of people making $250k around here. That's still a lot of scratch. But if you have dual incomes, a household income of $250k is pretty commonplace in DC and the surrounding suburbs.

As far as living with my family...f that :D My parents live back in Chicago where I'm from, my sister lives in NYC and my brother lives in San Francisco. We couldn't live together if we wanted. I've lived by myself for the last four years and with a roommate for a number of years prior to that.

On Friday, I had a 40th anniversary pass me in the far left lane on hwy 28 heading north. I gave a thumbs up, but was ignored :crying:

The Mrs and I were out at the maritime heritage museum out by Solomons Island, MD. this afternoon. We parked at the waters lookout and a few mins later, a fella and his girl pull up in a new PW 370Z. I told him about the VA/MD meets and got his number so perhaps we'll see him at one of our meets in the future.

Yesterday morning right around 8am I was driving south on 95, a dark grey or black z was behind me and took the rte 100 exit.

Silver z on lee road today, just past the Costco.

Saw a black one on 97 North near Glen Burnie.

Across the street from where I work in Hanover, a Silver base Z with Virginia Tags was in the parking lot of the Denny's. You may have seen me drive by in my pollen-coated, no-passenger-seat Z when I went to lunch. :rofl2:

On Saturday I saw:

a BC Z behind me pulling onto 66 from 234 around 9AM
a silver Z on 50 near Gum Springs around 4
a MB Z on 29 N near Culpepeper

40th today around 10 am parked on Q st between 16th and 17th.
Black around 6.20 PM on Connecticut ave (south).

I saw a 40th last week parked in Hanover, in a business park off Ridge Road.

Saw a white Nismo on Reston Parkway yesterday around 7pm near the town center!

Cruised briefly behind a silver z on 66 last night.

white nismo around 2.15 am sunday, on 270 by montrose ave exit.

Black Nismo on backlick road in springfield yesterday at 12:20
