Well, this means I gotta get with Altered this coming week and get a few things fixed on the car. I wanna look good for the meet!

1. Get the O2 sensor issue fixed so that darn SES light is off
2. Marry up the TPMS with the new Volks.....the TPMS light is on
3. Gotta get my passenger side Stillen exhaust pipe lined back up straight....seems it moved to the left for some reason
4. Dyno #3!
5. May have to raise the car a little.....got a front tire rub issue with the fender....on both tires (rear tires are money!)

But, I know Altered will fix me up and have me looking good by next Saturday! :)

This is going to end badly for me, since I've made the decision to add any mod money I was planning to my house account...and after seeing your car I know I will get the itch and will have to keep reminding myself...of house first! This will end badly. Its like inviting a recovering addict to a crack party :)

Question for my MD/VA folks.....what do you all think of the CF B Pillars and the CF Rear Valence?

:icon18: Oh my! Please don't blame me for spending money on your Z.....I think a couple others on here already have! :bowrofl:

I'm not really a huge CF fan but I think it will look good with your black wheels.

Yeah, I'm trying to be responsible and save up about 6 months worth of extra income before I do anything else to the Z... not going to happen.

It does! I did my first major detail on this car two weeks ago and it looks great. I will probably do a light detail again late next week to get it all nice and pretty.

Pic from detail attached --- wheel is photoshopped. I think I am going to have them powdercoated gunmetal... I fell in love with the look of the Ferrari F430 16M.

Yeah....that red looks really nice!

Does the CF Rear Valence cover up the butthole?

You know....I never noticed that but it looks like it does:

I wonder what that will do since I already purchased the rear fog light....will this CF defeat the purpose of it?

m4a1mustang 07-31-2009 11:07 PM

Just cut out the butt hole and stick it in there.

 Good idea....my OCD kicks in when I start worrying I'm overdoing the aftermarket stuff...don't wanna make the car look too "trashy", I guess is the right word.

I think it will look good. :)

I'll try to make this. There's a slim possibility that I might have to work on Saturday morning, but I won't know for certain until later in the week. I hope not, because it certainly would be nice to meet up with some of the local Z owners.
