With his schedule and him prepping for ZDayZ (I think I saw his name on the registration list?? :ugh2: ) he may not have the time...

If you are going to ZDayZ, you should try to get it done before the Dragon. If you can't do both within that timeline, then I would say that just the fluid replacement will do wonders! I did 2 years on the Dragon and several track events on stock lines and Motul fluid and did not experience any fade. Glad I upgraded to SS lines since then, because I do notice a slight improvement over stock line in pedal response.

Im gonna do that break fluid swap.. eventually.

I actually got my dealer to install the SS lines and fluid. They had a little confusion, but I asked Justin from Z1 to call them and he walked them through it over the phone. I don't remember it being more than $150 or so. I could be off with the number, but they are very familiar with the car so that factored in on the install.

I do have a bleeder for the brakes that you can borrow if you need one. (I've never used it). If you are going carting, I can bring it with me.

I've got a concert to go to that saturday unfortunately. I'm assuming Cody and his buddy have everything we need.

I had a great time on my first cruise! Big thanks to Randy for setting a lively pace on some great roads, and to Michael for making sure I didn't get lost. :)

The only time I was concerned about getting lost was when Chris and Randy crossed that interstate median and took off before we could clear all the traffic.

Yeah, sorry about that one. That road didn't look too easy to keep track of the person in front/behind you so it was take off or get stuck... Traffic wasn't very forgiving either. :ugh:

I'll hopefully have some of my videos edited/posted tomorrow. I need to make that GoPro mount that AK made cause apparently my placement on the rear glass is too far back/too low to really see the road in front of the car. :(

My pleasure. Thanks for letting me sample the Berk system. It sounds great. Looking forward to carting this weekend, even though they might seem slow after our pace this weekend! :icon17:

Well, spirited driving was the point of the exercise...

dmhenderson 04-22-2013 09:27 AM

That was a little more than "spirited". I slid through one or two of those turns ;)
