Hey since most of us know each other...

Instead of being passive aggressive douches, could we agree to PM each other if we take issue with each others' posts?

Pretty sure I know who the culprit is but damn, act like an adult please?

I would have closed the thread myself if you had asked me to.

Rui Z 12-20-2012 07:08 PM

No, I refuse to act like an adult

dmhenderson 12-20-2012 07:21 PM

(waiting patiently until someone reports this thread too)
Edit: man I'm sleepy.

PapoZalsa 12-20-2012 07:38 PM

Post count....

Hi dm! Wot up?!

MyKindaGuise 12-20-2012 08:13 PM

Yeah for real who reported the other thread. its not like your said you guys raced from red light to red light and were measuring dicks and stuff. personally I think the street race story rules here are a little tight but whatevs.

MyKindaGuise 12-20-2012 08:13 PM

No one buys a sports car and doesn't race atleast once or doesn't drive over the speed limit...

dmhenderson 12-20-2012 08:20 PM

Absolutely not disputing the moderation decision. By the letter of the law, that thread violates the rule and I'm fine with that...

What I'm asking is that the dude who reported it act like an adult and just talk to me personally. Like I said, I would have been happy to close (or even delete the thread) but I dislike the snarky passive aggressive nonsense.

eastwest2300 12-20-2012 08:21 PM

The forum's rules state it.. Its a violation, I would bet had this conversation been within a thread that has hundreds of posts, it wouldnt have been deleted, but being that new threads are being created daily by some people, it probably threw up a red flag. Just my 2 cents.

dmhenderson 12-20-2012 08:23 PM

I mean it's not like there are that many of us in the MA region. It's not like I posted what I did in the general forum or anything.

I mean in all honestly, I thought I was pretty clear that it was a "spur of the moment" thing and I certainly wasn't advocating illegal behavior (just the opposite actually)

Red__Zed 12-20-2012 08:24 PM

:wtf2:

It didn't throw a red flag. "Someone" reported it as offensive and in the future you should probably just PM me if you have a serious problem with something I posted.

I'll say it again - I would have taken it down or closed the thread without any complaint if "someone" had just talked to me.

eastwest2300 12-20-2012 08:26 PM

Instead of implying that "someone" reported your thread, do us all a favor and ask if your thread was reported, I bet you'd be surprised to find out the answer.

dmhenderson 12-20-2012 08:27 PM

Anyway, that answers my question. I'll go ahead and close this thread o_O
Wacky rules lawyering from people you know is just....odd.

The more you know I guess. Seriously, just weird.

The PM sent to me by a moderator specifically said that the thread was reported. No one is surprised. I'm going to close this.

~woot I just reported my own thread to get it closed~
