What are you using the dynamat for? Didnt I throw out the idea of doing a group mod party doing a dynamat install a while back?

I didn't have the exhaust/cats I have now when that was thrown out there plus our headlight thing was a disaster (not your fault).

Elliott Thank you for the kind words!

You guys are great. I felt at home hanging out in your shop and that's how I want to feel when I'm trusting my car to someone I don't know. You guys have a lot of weird unnecessary hate on yelp so I may be going overboard but you know your sh*t and don't price gouge us so you need the love.

I'm super sorry gramma didn't get her caddy back in 30 minutes when she dropped it off for a brake job but ya'll are a tune shop for performance cars and Im not sure why people don't seem to grasp the concept.

>>PAY ATTENTION HERE<< Sh*t, I saw Bill open the door for a woman who had gotten an oil change(?) done at Moore the week before and had a lowbeam out on the way home. She stopped by the shop AFTER IT WAS CLOSED (I was sitting there waiting on dyno pull #12131838123) and Bill let her in, went outside and fixed her headlight for free.

I mean who does that? These guys need love.

If I get around to the sunroof mod, I'll be pinging you for a quote.

dmhenderson 12-06-2012 08:45 PM

I know this sounds dumb but after the yelp discounts, I spent less than 1/3 of these guys nearest competitor AND they spent 4 freaking hours tuning the car properly just because.

If I could think of a drawback I'd post it.

Anyone who wants to know what I paid for a 11 hr install and hand-built tune, please PM Moore. Don't want to blow these guys up but they took very good care of me. Better service for less money - it's a no brainer.

tonybui 12-06-2012 10:06 PM

How much was this tune? I need to do mine bad. But in feb when i have some money laying around cuz I'm gonna be on vacation soon. 10%off through yelp is nice also :)

I have no idea what this means.

SAE correction factors compensate somewhat to account for highs or lows in temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure, all of which will affect power readings.

In short, it will bump you up a bit if its hot and humid with low air pressure, and knock you down if its cool, low humidity, and high air pressure.

Actually, if you don't mind sharing the files for my dyno database, ask the shop to email them to me and I can make all sorts of graphs with details on how much you gained and where.

My email is jlitman@mail.usf.edu :tiphat:

Sure let me ping the Moore guys.

Hey DM I gave Chris your email did you receive your dyno files?

dmhenderson 12-16-2012 09:21 AM

Nope. I sent you another PM with both of my email addresses. Please send to both.

Moore Auto 02-04-2013 05:00 PM

Let me know if you did get your graph DMHenderson. How is she sounding??

dmhenderson 02-04-2013 05:55 PM

Nope. Never got the file. Sounds great. The sound has calmed down a bit since the install. Either that or I'm slowly going deaf. Still sounds great.

eastwest2300 02-05-2013 12:33 PM

Hey DM, so if you pay $95 for this voucher, you get $125 in return, can you use this on the UpRev tune?

dmhenderson 02-05-2013 01:28 PM

Yes.

eastwest2300 02-05-2013 01:34 PM

ohh hell yeah, done deal. thanks man.

dmhenderson 02-05-2013 01:37 PM

Plus you get the coupon discount for checking in there that stacks with the voucher so it's a really great deal. Not sure if this has changed since I went in.

eastwest2300 02-05-2013 01:52 PM

Yup, I gave them a call, I'll be having them do my tune. And from what I hear, they have great reviews, so thats an awesome thing.

dmhenderson 02-05-2013 02:05 PM

If you're going to stick around for the tune, they have an earplug dispenser on the wall. I suggest you use it.

eastwest2300 02-05-2013 02:16 PM

hahaha, will do.. hey was the tune worth the money?

dmhenderson 02-05-2013 03:37 PM

Yes.

Moore Auto 02-07-2013 10:38 AM
