GT-R's can sound pretty darn exotic being a 6 cylinder "exotic" car haha don't forget it's still a v6 :p
from factory it's very restrictive, everyone's first mod is the midpipe which Nissan put 2 cats and a FAT muffler in, aftermarket midpipes takes about 30 minutes to install and free's up a lot of exhaust flow and makes the car sound completely different! GT-R rear section is just 1 big pipe, splits into 2 resonators and then 4 tips. no restriction haha most guys keep the stock rear section unless they want the added bling |
