I've gotten most of the black paint off of my hands at this point but not all of it.

dm I think if we black out that chrome part on the boomerang it would look much better!

Yeah I might do that next Saturday. We ran out of time but I was going to do "something" with the boomerang.

I guess I can just tape off the reflectors and hit the chrome pieces around the edge.

I went over the seal on mine with a nice strip calk, and had the engine bay open for most of the day to soak in the sun's heat. To dry everything out.

there is no reason why EW's headlights should condensate. He literally has a whole tube of sealant around both his headlights by now I'm sure

MKG just did the reheat/reseal method, which is usually good enough but out of the 3 sets of headlights, he didn't use any extra sealant

surprisingly doesn't take much for it to come off your hands but yes when putting headlights back onto the car with sealant everywhere. messy!

Hated the sealant.. they're still in my fingernails.. and on my left foot's kneecap. Lame

I used a toothbrush and I still have that crap around the outsides of my fingernails. Oh well.

Sooooo reusing the factory sealant is looking like the better option right now :icon17:

I'm not chancing it. I have a tube of that sealant left which I will bring next weekend just in case.

took a lot of scrubbing of my hand to get that sealant junk off erggghh
