[EVENT] NGC'S ROCKVILLE STARBUCKS MEET!! THU NIGHTS @7 pm
 

Guys,

This meet started out with National G Club, but has spread like a wild fire and all makes and models show up. I want to introduce this meet to the local 370z guys. We have people from VA coming down to this meet weekly. Usually starts at 7pm and we typically cruise somewhere around 9 to go eat

I personally love these kind of meets, very friendly and interactive crowd. Everyone is just down to earth!

my brother has a supercharged g and he's pretty heavily involved with NGC. I've been going to this meet back when it was just about 3-4 of us weekly. recently its been 30+ cars lol

Not a fan of night time meets, nor the Rockville area. But good luck :tup:

haha did you have a bad experience somewhere?? actually rockville pike has some areas where the bumps make me clench my butt

I avoid DC and its suburbs, for the most part. Fairfax is a slight exception.

Thats actually a nice area.. I use to live close to there.

Oh wow, I didn't think they still had meets in front of the Barnes and Noble / Starbucks. I remember these meets back when I was in highschool. Good to see its still going on.

Dee, Iron Age is only a couple blocks down the pike from there... just saying lol.

It's not about how nice it is. DC and its surrounding areas are really crowded and just not my style.

Lol maybe not that bad, but i do prefer country to city.

Its a big city, its gonna be crowded, nonetheless I like it here.

I attended this meet last night and it was one of the coolest meets I've ever been to. Met a bunch of down to earth people with some amazing cars, and to top it off there was a lot of love for the Z.

Sucks I couldn't stick around to grab food with everybody, but I'll definitely be there next Thursday.

I just moved in two blocks away from this. I'm at the gym till 7:30 on Thursdays though =/

come after! last night I hung out until 9:30 and there were still people there. Half the group went to go grab dinner though

Once I get my lights and emblems fixed up I'll swing by. Probably be the end of the month or so.

I'm not sure how much longer this meet will go considering last night we got a good wiff of "standing outside during a car meet" and freezing our butts off lol

it wasn't freezing but I can't image the outdoor segment of this meet lasting much longer. We usually meet up and cruise out to dinner around 9, indoor, warm, yummy food

I hear that, it did start to get cold. In general these meets are a good thing for the local car culture. Sometimes I get the feeling it is dying a bit or it isn't as strong as it is on the West Coast. :(
