Well, if I go they better have a sheitload of ballast to load up all the other carts.

I'm just gonna put it out there I (used to, cause I don't plan on going back :icon17: ) work at a karting place in Hanover, PA. 4 Tracks with 4 different styles of karting. If you want I can still 'pretend' to work there to get us a discount. Basically if they haven't changed it, $20 for 2 hour armbands... The only downside is with it being the summer waiting in line, just figured I'd throw it out there.

Also, isn't the 15th the day after the BBQ meet?? :icon08:

Yeah looks like we are delaying this till September though. Are the tracks there any better than Summit Point?

Haven't been to summit point, so I can't comment on their tracks. I will say that I've been to several karting places, and have never seen Sprints before here. So if you want to drift basically, this is your place. The GP track is okay, but it needs work, and the slick 8 is small, so it would be meh with all of us.

However if you wanna meet up at SP and discuss things or have a go, I'm down whenever. :tup:

I'm more around 180 lbs. I think Andrew probably has the weight advantage over all of us.

Okay you all have a few months to hit the target weight of 160 lbs. you're not slowing me down with fried chickens :bowrofl:

Agreed. Otherwise, Shahid and Jon are gonna outrun everybody :icon17:

I'm trying to gain weight by putting on muscle, so I'll be losing my advantage. I might have gained like 5 lbs by that time :eek:

Maybe I can sneak some race fuel into my kart? :tup:

Yeah I'll probably be back down to 195-200 come fall. I was around 185 in college when I cycled mostly, but my goal this time around is to get back to college weight with added muscle mass, so ultimately I think ~200 is where I'll end up.

Still better than the 234 I am at right now.

Which, of course, is better than the 251 I was at a month ago when I started this process. I'm pretty happy that I'm making progress. :)

Yeah. Thats pretty good!

At 41 and a multitude of injuries over the years, I've had to start getting away from the heavier weights and focus on strength training. I've been at 230lbs for almost 15 years. The lowest I ever got back down to was 210, but with my frame, I'd have work out way more than I have time for. :bowrofl:

I hear cocaine does wonders for weight loss :stirthepot:

:iagree::iagree:

I'm in the weight loss + building core strength process right now. Which will last a while. I think come the end of the year is when I'll be transitioning to the building/defining muscle and just working to maintain.
