Summer Annapolis Cruise
 

Here's a feeler for cruising in and around Annapolis MD on June 23rd.

Start Location: Bowie of Nissan is happy to let us meet there in the morning before the cruise.

Meet Time: 9:30 AM
Depart Time: 10:00 AM

Note: This cruise has several very scenic roads - but is not a high speed cruise. On my test run, I passed at least 5 LEOs...

I suggest some good walking shoes since there are 2 nice opportunities to walk around by the waterfront - one in North Beach, and one in Annapolis.

Also, looks like perfect weather so far for next weekend..

Yeah can you please change the date from the 16h? I really want to go, but I'll be at Summit Point with Jon for a hyperdrive. I'm pretty much busy every Saturday in June except the 9th which is probably too early. Maybe July would be better?

i wont have my car back until the 30th, getting my amuse front bumper installed and camber arms for the front. fml.

Ok I found a date that will work for me. How about June 23rd, one week after the date you suggested. My cousin's wedding is that day, but it's later towards the evening so I should be able to cruise in the morning/afternoon.

I may be able to tag along too. Work is still heavy right now and I am still trying to wedge in a day to get the car tuned.....

What is the cruise route?

Gonna go towards Chesapeake Beach or Crownsville? Or is this more of a scenic and slow cruise?

I'm out. Got some things going on that weekend.

That sounds like a pretty fantastic cruise. Those roads are pretty excellent.

If you meet in Annapolis early enough, you can probably drive north and do most of the Crownsville loop, and then take St Stephens Church Rd across 50 and chart your way to North Beach and/or Chesapeake Beach. You could then turn around and take Solomons Island Rd back into Annapolis.

But any way you slice these roads, they're a great deal of fun.

It's unlikely right now. I have to get my house ready for a July 4 BBQ.
