Try calling their number and goto the Gt-rr extension I've had no issue getting a hold I Mark B and just order TE37 Ultras. I know for a fact though their comm system is jacked up right now as it drops my call or doesn't go through etc just try a few times bro it's a good crew there and stand behind their stuff in my experiences.
