Spec super twin disk clutch SS trim retails for $1100 Recommended usage: Street, Drag, Road Racing/Time Attack, Ralley. The Super Twin offers near-stock drivability, tremendous life expectancy, a no shimming/setup bolt-in installation and maintenance free operation. With all billet construction, these units are smooth and quiet. The units are rebuild-able (SN35SST-2) by SPEC or the end user and replacement components or rebuild services are always available. The super twin is constructed with aircraft grade aluminum and high carbon billet steel milled to an industry leading 0.001 inch for perfect balance and actuation. Friction is provided by dampened, full-faced carbon graphite discs. Organic, fiber and full metallic options are available. Flywheel and track-spec hardware are included in each kit.

I'm willing to do a combo deal for $1k for both the z1 kit and the clutch both brand new in box

anyone installed a RJM v2 clutch pedal? I might need help in the next week or two... also, might go order a navtool to finish my backup cam/front camera install... let me know...

Voice59 09-01-2016 03:30 PM

I'll drop by to help if you need it. From what I understand it's an (awkward) one man job. Awkward as in the position of your body while installing it.

I installed a v3.1 about a month ago. Make sure you have a blanket or extra pillow to use for your ribs.

ok cool... hopefully the seller contact me back today about the RJM. I'll need help with installing the Navtool (it's plug and play) and front camera.

Voice59 09-07-2016 04:09 PM

Front camera?

I wanted a front camera to avoid smashing my carbon fiber lip. I'm usually the guy that parks about 2 feet away from the concrete blocks in the parking lot. LOL... I got to pick up a few connecting wires and wire taps today (I probably go ahead and pick up a cabin filter too). It has two video inputs. I using one for a front camera and the second for the rear camera. Some people use the first input for side camera views, dvd players, or mirrorcasting from their phones.

Kai, let me know if you are interested with helping. I still have to stop by AutoZone to pick up the stuff this morning (opens at 0730). So, hopefully I can start at 0830-0900.

I never heard back from the seller for the RJM clutch pedal. He didn't want to give his number out (even though I sent him my cell phone number) or use PayPal so I thought that it was kind of weird. I might buy the RJM V3.1 instead and not worry about it.

No luck with the Navtool. I used a digital multimeter to check all of my connections. I think it is the unit because my RCA connection works without the Navtool with the e-brake on and not moving. Oh well maybe I can try again tomorrow.

Voice59 09-12-2016 06:37 PM

Hey man. Just text me whenever you need help. I don't really get on this thing often. Pretty much only at work.

I think my NavTool 3.0 unit is defective... everything is soldered but there are no video signals. I used a multimeter to check all of my connection and made sure it was the right wires (12v accessory, ground, etc.) the tech support told me to RMA it. when I put it in rear it automatically switch to video 2. I have a momentary switch that allows me to switch between video 1, 2, and navigation.

Voice59 09-14-2016 06:20 PM

You sure they're not cold solders? Sometimes that could cause the conductivity of the solder to be screwed up. I'm not too knowledgeable with the Navtool stuff.
