Yo Steve

As soon as I get off work today, Im gonna pull out the seats in the S2000, remove the leather, and get them ready for the heat sensors, I should get them through UPS by tomorrow, hopefully if everything goes right, I should have the project done by friday.

D, make sure you disconnect the negative terminal before you take the seat off the car;)

eastwest2300 02-06-2013 11:40 AM

Why is that? I dont believe the seats are plugged into anything. Im actually pretty sure of that.

The driver seat actually has an airbag sensor. Unplug the battery before you unplug that or else you might have your airbag warning light on when you start the car again, thus requiring you to go to the the dealer to fix it.

Also you want the battery disconnected while you wire stuff up.

Thank you sir, I didnt even know. Have you already done yours? How'd you wire it up for power?

m4a1mustang 02-06-2013 11:55 AM

m4a1mustang 02-06-2013 12:02 PM

Ya

eastwest2300 02-06-2013 12:05 PM

Thank you brother. How do you like them so far? Did we get a good product?

m4a1mustang 02-06-2013 12:07 PM

They are good. Mine are underneath Clazzio covers which are a little thick, so it takes time to heat up. Under the factory leather they should heat up faster. Nice quality kit.

It calls for a 20mm drill bit but the only thing I had was a 19mm hole saw. So I used that and a round file.

BTW, door cards are out right now... being shipped off for upholstery.

eastwest2300 02-06-2013 12:27 PM

I like it! excellent job man!

eastwest2300 02-06-2013 06:58 PM
