I'd check out the local junkyards and see if they have any Accords laying around that you could just take the bumper off of.

I had an accord just like that back in the day, one of the best, most reliable cars ive ever owned.

Just get a new bumper on eBay, it should be fairly cheap, I would think.

Or call around to junkyards. Shouldn't be expensive. May need to respray one.

If it's a little expensive, I'll keep it the way it is, get some painter tape and call it done :tup:
