Yeah, that's my dd, he hit my neighbor's Mazda first then backed up and hit mine.
Well, cop told me they caught him right after the incident and spend sometimes in jail. Here is my neighbor's ZoomZoom

I'd check out the local junkyards and see if they have any Accords laying around that you could just take the bumper off of.

Just get a new bumper on eBay, it should be fairly cheap, I would think.

Or call around to junkyards. Shouldn't be expensive. May need to respray one.
