i not ready to quit just yet.. but i have been trying to cut back and slowly get myself to be able to just stop... i dont think i will be able to do cold turkey.. but i think i will get there eventualy..

im sure the guys here would be down for that.. all you guys need to figure out when you want to do it.. prolly when the weather gets nicer...there are some nice cruise spots.

thats what my uncle took to quit.. he smoked for almost 35 years.. he took that stuff and was smoke free within days.. but he did say he had some crazy side effects from it.. weird dreams, and not able to focus at times...
