Is that supposed to be fixed or the problem?

RandyD 07-13-2012 09:27 AM

looks like the problem happened at a 'fix'

what did you hit?

b1adesofcha0s 07-13-2012 09:39 AM

That's the problem. I have no idea what I hit, I think it happened while driving through that crazy azz storm a couple weeks ago. That's when my SES light first came on.

I think I hit something and there's a cut in one of my HFCs. Also need my car to be checked for a possible exhaust leak since it's throwing an SES.

:/ Oh no! I see a few pic, but it should be a quick repair. I heard Benchmade Proper is a shop that weld and make custom piping, they actually made one for GTR R35 and their quality of work is professional after seeing my friend's GTR R35 exhaust piping upclose.

Thanks! I'll have to look into them. I also sent AAM a PM since they're like 15 mins away from me and we're gonna be there next Saturday anyways.

i bet you didnt hit anything..
looks like either construction or a bad repair that just cracked.

also, pretty sure AAM can fix that in a jiffy :)

As long as it's not too expensive I'll be fine with AAM.

The B1adesmobile has gotten through a few battles and always ended up prevailing. One more to the battle scars collection.

Blades' car is the Lance Armstrong of Z's. Sure, you can remove a nut, but it's still gonna beat everything out there. :roflpuke2:

I'm sure you'll find someone local to take care of it

No doubt, AAM is doing custom exhaust for supercharged G35 for my friend.
What I heard from G35/G37 buddies, the AAM have experience with exhaust modification and repair.
