nah, just a f22b

chieuxuan 01-22-2013 12:46 PM

I rather have the 4 2.2L than the V6 'cause those V6s have lot of issues with the transmission

Ouch. I'm at like one fill up for the Z every other week or up to 3 times per month. Not bad.

Masa 01-22-2013 01:05 PM

I fill up the Altima once a month. :|

Once upon a time I had a V6 camry and that thing ate two transmissions before I put it out to pasture.

chieuxuan 01-22-2013 01:34 PM

Really? How much do you drive? Back when I was averaging 500 miles a week I'd have to fill up like every 4-5 days. I miss getting 25 mpg in my Z. Now it's only like 19-20, but I'll take that over having to drive 500 miles a week :icon17:

I drive about 130 miles per day just from home to work, if I drop my little man off, that adds another 35 miles to the trip. I drive very conservative, on the Z b4 intake and exhaust, I got 29mpg, now I can't even get 23 mpg even I tried very hard. The Accord gets 30 mpg

what year??

My mom had a 95 XLE V6 and it had a transmission die in it.

eastwest2300 01-22-2013 02:13 PM

You gotta keep up with the maintenance, the eclipse I had, had almost 100k miles, I was meticulous when it came to oil changes every 3k miles, replacing the air filters ever 10k miles, changed out the differential and transmission fluids at certain intervals.. when it came down to swapping out the spark pulgs my mechanic couldnt believe how clean the inside of the engine was. (you had to pull the head apart to get to the spark plugs)

But, basically long story short, maintenance goes a looong way.

Nothing to brag about unless you are pushing 450hp to the wheels

Otherwise get your POS hybrid out of the left hand lane... I hate having to drive around all of the dumb arsholes trying to hypermile in traffic..

Crusing at 80 is hardly holding up traffic.

Ive yet to see a hybrid that wants to drive 80 be able to hang. Sure you can get it up to 80, the problem is you can't maintain a constant 80. Get out of the fast lane! :icon23:

Yeah a lot of the models are weakening and showing nothing, though some are building up moisture over NC/VA so we'll see how they run again today.

eastwest2300 01-23-2013 08:37 AM

I might do Columbia, in the s2000..of course, with Nismo.

b1adesofcha0s 01-23-2013 08:41 AM

Showing that we might get an inch of snow tonight and 1-2 inches on Friday.
