i didnt smoke that many. believe it or not i have been trying to cut back.. smoking takes it toll on me when im in the gym... but i find a way to push past it.. i hope to be smoke free by summer....

i hope so.. iv been a smoker for a long time.. about 20 years.. its funny because i was never a heavy smoker and it never used to effect me.. but now that im getting older i can feel the effects from it... i have never tried to quit before so when i do finally put the effort into quiting i hope i have the will power to do it..
