so I'm thinking about treating myself to some goodies since I'm coming up on my 1 year cigarette free anniversary. I'm thinking about getting some brakes shown below and something to give me a lil drop to close up the wheel gap. what have others gone with as far as springs or coilovers? and Kirk can you help me install these sometime in the future?

I think the general consensus around here is the Swift Spec R springs.. although, I dont have them yet.. they're pricey.

so i guess the biggest difference with springs and coilovers is that coilovers you can adjust the ride height but springs your stuck with what ever the settle at?
