The cabins aren't necessarily all sold out. What they started this year, so that people wouldn't get their cabins reserved out from under them is to not take any reservations other than from people to reserve their current cabin for one week after the event. Anything not reserved by veterans of the event after next sunday will be opened up.

They like to keep us in the same place every year, which is cool, because you already know where to find your friends. ITs kind of like our own neighborhood, but we are only there for one week a year.

yea but most likely everyone will reserve again and it'll fck people like me who need one for next year.

That's not necessarily true. Some people are dissatisfied with their lodging and want to try for something else. Or maybe they have more/less people coming next year... And it doesn't effect the lodge, really.

Plus, most importantly, you can always call throughout the year, right up to the event, because people cancel over time for various reasons.

i just want a big cabin so i can have a party lol lots of people and booze for a good time is what i'm thinking.:happydance:

I really liked having 429 this year... unfortunately I lost my cabin partner. He wants to get a couple Willows next year since they're cheaper. I like being so close to the action myself.
