Just saw this thread and wanted to see how you're progress is coming along. I smoke about a pack 1/2 a day but I go to the gym 6 days a week and I eat great. I really want and need to quit smoking, but it seems like I always have some **** go down like my stressful job or a girl acting stupid. I've tried patches, gum and cold turkey, once I didnt smoke for about 11 months till a friend give me ONE cig and that was it. One thing I noticed about the patches was if I wore it while I was asleep I would have some ****** up dreams haha. Anyway congrats to you sir and keep it up!
