Mid-A Movie Night - Fast Five - Weekend of April 29th
 

Guys, I was thinking that we could do a movie day meet for the premiere of the new Fast and Furious movie. If ever there was a movie where it would be appropriate for a bunch of Z's to roll up together to watch, this is it :tup:

We've decided to have this on Saturday April 30th. The plan is to have the normal Fairfax Starbucks meet, then lunch, and the movie right after. There is a theater near the Starbucks where we will watch the movie. :tup:

Anyway, I'm not a fan of these movies, but there are some awesomely bad lines that come out of them.

Look at this guy Shado... 6 foot something, pure idiot. You put his brain in a parakeet, ZING... flys backwards.

Yeah, these movies aren't going to win any awards, but they sure are fun to watch haha

I'm not a big fan of the movies but if you go see it you want to pick a theatre that has good parking and go during the day so that you can park in one area. Maybe you can pick a central area and do a drive in the morning from 9-12, then luch, then movie after lunch. If someone can't make the drive:driving:, they can still participate in the other activities or in my case if I don't feel like going to a movie and having you guys reach into my lap for my popcorn :superghey:then I can just do the drive and lunch.

Yeah that's why I was gonna let someone else pick the location. The only theater I ever go to is the one at Arundel Mills, so I don't really know much about any other ones. It looks like that weekend is going to be a FFX meet.

Well, Fairfax Corner and Fairfax Town Centre are both a few mins away from the FFX Starbucks location anyway. I say we do the normal cars/coffee thing, get lunch, then head to the movie!

I don't know of that many theaters in the MD/VA area since I only go to the one by where I live. You can be in charge of the location if you want :tup:

I was trying to figure out the distribution of MD vs VA people that are interested before deciding on a final location. So if there's a lot more VA ppl than MD ppl, we can just do it in VA. If there's a lot more MD ppl than VA ppl, then we can do it in MD.

Yeah I think that would be a good plan... Meet + lunch + movie or Meet + movie + lunch however we want to do it.

Let's do meet, lunch, then movie. This way, people that don't want to watch the movie can still go to the meet and lunch. :tup:

I thought I covered all the details. We've got a location and a time. All that's left is to decide where to go for lunch.

This is really the rub for me. I can't decide whether to go blue or purple. I think green will clash with my car.

Only if I can overnight parts from japan in time. And then to make it there, I need nos.

I think I'm gonna go with blue neon. Now I just need a Fast & Furious body kit and some NOS

Yo, Im in.. I do know I will have to work, but I'll be off at 2pm. Which means, I could be there by 245-3, so I'll most likely miss the meet up & lunch, Blade keep me posted with the final details, i.e. date, time, movie theater location etc..
