Is this seriously a problem in VA?

I wouldnt really say it's a problem......you do see it quite often and I'll admit I'm at fault here because I've done them on numerous occasions.

I'm guessing that's why they call them "California rolls" and no, I don't mean the stinking sushi crap, either.
