(lets see how long this lasts before someone says: NO WAY! YOU PROMISED YOU"RE DRIVING THE FREAKIN' DRAGON THIS YEAR! WE EXPECT...NO...WE DEMAND TO SEE THE SMURF ON THE DRAGON WITH YOU BEHIND THE WHEEL!! Then I just say: Seizure, thump, blackeye.....:roflpuke2:)

Hey, I got no issues with that! Now if your car is slower than my Maxima... we got a problem :bowrofl:

I do hear that riding shotgun on the Dragon makes people get sick... you might want to reconsider and drive the Smurf yourself if you're up to it

Honestly it depends.

Last year on the early Friday morning run we only had 3 cars. The NOVA group usually went out together so it was 3-6 cars on average.

When we went on our Skyway run we had a ton of cars, though. Probably 12-16.

This was only part of our group at the 8-mile mark on The Dragon:

Last year we were there waiting for the Troopers to open the gate at 7am.

We had about 4 cars, but the earlier the better! ;)

I agree. Definitely want to head out on the roads early before they get clogged up. Any wildlife to worry about that early in the morning? Would hate to come around a blind corner and there's a 6 pointer staring at me.

Six points can be a lot. It can make all the difference, even if you only have 2 minutes left.

I'm sorry, this was a low blow.

How much does the trip usually cost? I doubt I can go till I'm done with school, but just trying to get an idea for the future. It's during finals week this year :(

Tony you are driving The Smurf on the Dragon with a Mid-A escort....;)
