Prostitution is legal, as long as you pay with food and entertainment. But in this case, the ho didn't perform services for currency rendered. If I were you, I would stop giving her your custom.

I have filed a legal suit against her. A verbal agreement is a binding contract and the contract obligations were not fulfilled. I seek compensation for damages rendered.
