I thought rolling the windows down would degrade mileage. But then again, the Prius isn't the most aerodynamic car out there.

shadoquad 02-22-2012 11:02 AM

Still, if you're going ice racing... :ugh2:

Probably trying to kill ac and drop the windows as much as possible for comfort without killing gas mileage

Could be. But I know it creates drag when windows are down.

Again, I don't know the context.

And I learnt all I no about sience from teh mythbusters

This was like 3 years ago, and I think you're correct as far as the comfort is concerned without using the AC.

I didn't watch that, as I'm at work, but teenagers are stupid by nature. They learn. They evolve. Well, most of them.

So when you get your Prius, put it on Vossens, and no one will accuse you of being white.

Nah, nothing comes close to 234 business in Manassas.

I saw a late 80's camry, jacked up in the back, slammed on the front, with what looked to be 13 inch wheels, with aluminum wing, and an ebay muffler set up.....just stunning.

I thought this was funny.

So I get a call from a new ATTORNEY who started at my work. Real nice guy. He calls me and is freaking out, saying he has a virus on his computer. I told him that the symantec server would catch it before it did anything bad and it would send off an alert notifying me of the virus. He says its some software that keeps popping up, alerting him of emails. He says its called "Microsoft office Outlook"......

This is what I get to deal with every day.

I wear many hats.

Im the program manager in charge of the IT tech support for a goverment agency. (lets just say it handles those nuisance spam calls that you get at dinner or anytime during the day) Im in charge of about 19 guys, and if those idiots cant figure out a problem, they go to me.

I am also tech support for the lead attorneys who may go overseas (so i will get calls at 2 or 3 in the morning) ,or, those who dont want to d!ck around with the call center and need an issue fixed immediately

Then for my contracting company, believe it or not, my oh so friendly face can goes to potential clients and bids for their work. I know what some of you may be thinking..... :gtfo2:

But most of the time im sitting here at home, on the forums, or sleeping in until I am needed. Its nice being able to work from home.

edit: basically I do about 2 hours of, true, dedicated, work, in a week. (quote from office space)

birdmanx1 02-22-2012 01:54 PM

:icon17: you must get all kinds of funny calls. "My desktop is NOT working" ... "Did you plug it to the wall?" "... Oh..." "Thanks for calling" LOL
