Will Virginia, DC and some of these other Mid East states lifted the banned on Radar Detectors one of these days? Will our insurance go up? Also they are considering

Radar Dectector banned!
Will Virginia, DC and some of these other Mid East states lifted the banned on Radar Detectors one of these days?
Will our insurance go up? Also they are considering a raise on the Speed Limit.
