I can't speak for other after market exhausts but I know with the Fast Intentions and Swift springs, neither me or birdmanx1 (white nismo) have had problems bottoming out. Bladesofchaos is also on Swifts but with the Berk CBE and runs on lower profile tires giving him about 1/2 inch less clearance than me and Bert. He has no issues either. You should be perfectly fine with the Invidia's not bottoming out.
