I have a suggestion for next KC Meet. We should do lunch at Victoria Gastro Pub in Columbia. It has good food (the duck fat fries are ), but the real drawing point is the beer menu, which is very, very large. You can get just about anything there.

It's about 12 mins away from KC, right up Snowden River Parkway.

Victoria Gastro Pub

I've had lunch there sans beer. The menu was quite odd, or at least not something I was used to. However, I'm up for some beer if it's good. ;-)

The beer list is much thicker than the food menu, organized by country of origin. If you can't find a "good" beer in there, you're deliberately trying not to. :icon17:

Well as some of you know, I usually don't have a hard time finding beer. ;-)

I believe it's Fairfax this weekend and KC next.

4r3s 10-22-2010 03:35 PM

I was under the impression its in Fairfax as well. Going to go pick up my painted door handles from D&V and hopefully get them installed then head to the meet. Apparently getting the door handles installed all depends on if a tech shows up to work which I find strange. regarldess if they don't install them I'm sure I can handle it myself as the diy is straight forward enough just would be nice to have them do it since the quote for the install was very reasonable. about $90 for the paint job or about $120 for paint and install.

Kaijou (怪獣, kaijou?) is a Japanese word that means "strange beast," but often translated in English as "monster". The most famous kaiju is Godzilla. Since I'm definitely not a GTR aka as "Godzilla" my 370Z is a Kaiju. And it was a better name than Godzuki which is...well..just watch the video.
