I thought you had two sets of wheels for the WRX... one for winter and one for summer?

I revert your attention back to an earlier post with this photo:

I did, but it took a while. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find winter tires 6 days after a massive snowfall?

Another great turnout for the Fairfax meet! I think we had about nine or ten at one time.

Awesome - I was too busy in conversations I didn't even see anyone taking pictures. Much appreciated.

Sigh... guess I'll just have to put up with new A/S tires in the winter and get the Hankooks in the spring... :shakes head:

The Continental ExtremeContact DWS seem to be pretty good from my experience so far. Definitely have more grip than my old worn summer tires.

That's the main A/S tire I've been looking at. Much noise from them when you push hard through corners?

When shahid pushes them, there is lots of squeal, smoke, and thrown mud.

Haven't really gotten a chance to push them much, but not any noise that I've noticed so far. I only have 2 of them in the front though.

Hey guys,

Just got my Z last Tuesday and I live in the NOVA area. Perhaps once I get driving stick down pat and have enough confidence on the highway I might stop by!

I coughed up hard in my office when I looked up at the screen and saw how much lower the stock market got from last time I checked it earlier; it almost doubled down from pre-markets (Dow -381). Ouch!
