Well half my wheels arrived today :happydance: now I have to wait for the rears to arrive from Japan :crying: Wake me up when its mid April...

Maybe my rear bumper will arrive by then, too! :ugh2:

In a sense I wimped out. I was debating getting some solid white wheels which would look bad *** on a blue z imo. But I nixed it bc keeping them clean would have been impossible. So I ended up with the opposite color lol. Went with the polished lip to be different then the rest of the group with black wheels. Also, how can you turn down a polished lip? lol Im excited, I think these wheels are going to look sic.

Gloss black wheels with a polished lip are :yum: Going to look great against your Monterey Blue paint!

I finally caved in and bought the Stillen CAI for the Max today as a bday present to myself. Should have it Tuesday next week! :excited:

Jay, when was your birthday man? We need to raise one or two to celebrate! So you got the Stillen CAIs......and now it begins....:roflpuke2:

On a separate note, Patricia and just got back from Longhorn Steakhouse at the Bowie Town Center and on our way out we saw six different new Camaros parked in the lot just next to where we've met with a bunch of fella standing outside chatting it up.

shadoquad 02-18-2011 04:34 PM

Jon, you gonna make it tomorrow? I'm definitely in.

Birthday is today! Perhaps we can raise a couple brews tomorrow for lunch? Well, Stillen CAI (singular) hahaha. VQ35DE only runs the single throttle body

Hope you and Pat can make it down to Fairfax tomorrow!

The Maxima takes another incremental step toward an 11 second run.

:icon18: Yeahhh that'll never happen hahaha. I'd be pretty happy with consistent 13.5's

Only way to get into the 11's is a big shot of Nitrous... like Paul Walker had in Fast and Furious!

Happy B'Day Jay -- looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang tomorrow -- looks like it may be as windy as last Saturday, but should be a little warmer...
