Yup, a 4door fwd sedan and a mustang repping a Z owners group. Go get em, sluggers. :D

Well hopefully Steve will be running consistent low to mid 13's at least. If he cracks into the 14's I'm going to put another nail in his tire so he doesn't keep embarrassing himself  Those new 5.0's are running high 12's bone stock from what I've seen.

There's a 7th gen Max with a 75 shot of Nitrous... that would put me in the 13's easily!

The fastest bone stock 5.0 time I've seen so far is a 12.5 @ 115. The issue is going to be if I can hook. It's been a while since I've been on track with a high HP car. If I can cut consistent 1.9 60's I should be running mid-high 12s no problem.

That's the beauty of having the entire day... I can practice.

Definitely going to need to play with RPM launch, clutch slip, etc to get the best time. I'll buy you a beer if you can cut a .501 reaction time

Where you have to worry about launch... I can just power brake it and leave it in drive :roflpuke2:

Just a reminder for folks just now reading the thread, this Saturday's meet is at Gordon Biersch in Annapolis at 4pm.

1906 Towne Center Boulevard
Annapolis, MD 21401-3681

The beer is yummy, the food is yummy, and most importantly, the beer is yummy.

Would love to make it, but a good friend from college is getting married on Saturday @ 5 in Alexandria. You kids have fun!

Well... .500 is a perfect R/T. A .499 R/T means you red-lighted. How about in the range of .500 to .600?

hazzazi 09-14-2010 09:59 AM

I think I need new tires :p
Amar, if this was NASCAR, they'd be yelling for you to PIT for 4 new "feel goods" -- showing cords, NOT GOOD.....you feeling any vibration?
