Especially since my gf's sister is staying with us for a while and I will be trapped here and probably be annoyed to death.

I'll just have my car towed to the Starbucks and you guys can part it out.

Yeah, same to you man... Luckily my parents let me borrow their beater Buick so the Z is safe in their garage and I've got my big 'ole LeSabre. :)

I am just resorting to walking. Hoorah for corporate convenience in Crystal City!

I am with BlackCherry too. Took off early yesterday to get some miles on my car. But her back in the garage with a big frown...

Oh well. Better safe, high and dry than miserable, wet and icy.

So much for the weekend meet eh? =D

Hmm... I'm leaving work at the first sight of snowflakes. In Falls Church, so I guess it's coming soon.

tooohip 02-05-2010 10:07 AM

* precipitation type...heavy snow.

* accumulations...storm total accumulations of 20 to 28 inches.

* timing...snow will begin mid-morning...and will continue through
saturday evening. Conditions will deteriorate rapidly this
afternoon...with heaviest snowfall occurring from sunset through
saturday morning. The most hazardous conditions will occur
tonight.

* visibilities...the combination of heavy snow and strong winds
will reduce visibilities to below one-quarter mile...producing
near-blizzard conditions tonight through saturday morning.

Have I mentioned I hate snow?

PapoZalsa 02-05-2010 01:01 PM

Is coming down now in Hampton Roads! :mad:

2theextreme 02-05-2010 01:27 PM

Snowing.....yes......sticking......on the grass and trees.....so far the streets and driveways must be warmer than the outside air as it hasn't started sticking yet. It's wet, though....and it's only gonna be in the teens tonight....can you say nice icey roads under the snow in the AM? Ugh.....

m4a1mustang 02-05-2010 01:30 PM

The heaviest snows will be later tonight. 18-24 inches... gah.

I am so excited about ZdayZ (especially now that I bought my Go Pro Hero HD cam... we'll get some great footage running the Dragon) but I hate thinking about it because it means the CFA exam is two weeks later. :shakes head:
