Curious if you have had Vidalia Sweet Onions before. That is all my wife cooks with. They are local to us.

Are vidalia onions even considered a regional thing? I just assumed they were common across the board. I use them when caramelizing, blooming them, or making dips.

Option #1: smash burgers with potato salad

Option #2: Homemade putanesca sauce, meatballs/sausage, & antipasto

Option #3: Maple glazed salmon & tons of grilled veggies
