Master and Slave cylinders were replaced at 30k miles under warranty. ECM replaced as well in that time. Guess what? My clutch pedal only returns 40% of the way. I will never buy another Nissan...

I didn't find any manuals for the 'vert so this is just a guess. It sounds like the switch(es) that detect full closure are not actuating or are broken. My guess is that the switch is part of or near...

Sounds like the computer is unhappy. Probably one of the switches or sensors isn't reporting "closed" like it should. Time to dig into the shop manual....

I have a 2010 Roadster as well and have not yet had this problem. I don't know exactly what it is, however, a good guess would be a simple fuse. Try disconnecting the battery terminals for a minute...
