The main difference in the 350's and early 370z's is the interior. The 350z has really cheaply made interior that looks like crap after a few years. That was the biggest determining factor for me...

To me a true sports car is RWD. But the integra was as good as it gets in FWD. I'll give it that much. The balance was pretty sick for the wheels turning upfront.

The Z has never been AWD. I doubt it will be now. I believe that is the logic between having a GTR and a Z. One is RWD sports the other AWD.

They didn't rev slow ... you're just bias. I wasn't referring to the AT rx8. The manual is NOT slow. 60 in about 6 seconds. Torque isn't there but I think Mazda makes a better balanced car in...
